To provide a dedicated professional and reliable Mobile Patrol Supervisor to patrol your designated area 7 days per week, 8 hours per night.
The designated areas we work in may many experience problematic issues including theft, open drug-use, drug dealing, prostitution, which has placed people at risk at harming themselves or others. We train our security officers to handle the problem safely and effectively which prevents situations from escalating and ultimately avoids criminal and civil action against those whom we protect.

- To provide high caliber top quality security professionals (specially trained to work within multi-residential and mixed-used strata buildings)
- To improve safety and security awareness within the community making it a safer place to live, work, and learn.
- To improve overall communication between residents, business owners, and strata members this will enable all members to be aware of their surrounding issues
- To keep clear and concise reports for management (kept onsite or sent electronically)
- To open the lines of communication between members (i.e. status updates on reports, information sharing of time sensitive information). This can be accomplished through email fan out or text message to all approved members.
- To utilize the latest advancements in technology (WhereRU, to monitor theft and intrusion, to supervise our guard activity, print administrative reports as required) to ensure overall safety of those who visit the community
- Detect and prevent acts of theft, vandalism, street violence, and any criminal acts against persons and/or property
- To handle the accused in a safe and fair manner under the Criminal Code of Canada
- To provide "piece of mind" to small businesses, property owners, and residents of the strata buildings
- After hours emergency guard response service (i.e. break and enter with broken windows and/or doors) we standby at site until site is fully secure
- Guarantee 5 minute response in or its free in designated areas
- Backup 24/7 by our Mobile Supervisor (our office is located approximately 8 minutes from the site)
- Access to a pool of 200 licensed professional security officers that meet Core standards
- Escorts to and from bank or vehicle (deposits, change, etc.) time sensitive or for personal safety
- Checkup on employees working alone (safety) under the Workers Compensation Board regulations
- Observe, document and report all suspicious persons and acts and deal with them accordingly (car theft, vandalism, aggressive panhandlers, etc.)
- Monthly Risk Assessments of possible theft areas (summary of incidents, identifying problems, areas of concern, how to neutralize them)
- Monthly Meetings with Strata Board or Block Watch committee
- Annual Risk Assessment (CPTED) with one of Security Consultants (former Vancouver Police)
- All unclaimed items may be donated to local charities after 30 days
- Occupational First Aid attendants are available upon request
- Referral Program available to customers (rewards and discounts)
- Civil Recovery Program - receive financial compensation to recover costs due to theft or victimization
- CCTV Remote "real time" Video Surveillance, Installation and Supply
- WhereRU tracking software installed on blackberries to monitor location of our guards, track daily activities, helps ensures safety and compliance with WorkSafe BC, etc.
